Welcome to a place to remember.
We live in a world where the question of what you have been watching is controlled by for-you pages and streaming services feeding you personalized suggestions whenever and wherever you want them. And as a result, we have grown increasingly isolated in our viewing practices, taking away our sense of community around processing art and leading to extremism and isolation.
So we need a corner of the internet that feels like what it was like when the internet was not where we got our entertainment, but where you would go to talk about it.
What did it feel like to be part of a community with millions of people all synced to a common television guide schedule, radio programming, or movie theater visits? What did it feel like when the thing you watched last night wasn't your phone but a TV show that has bridged the gap between your sibling and you and will be the water cooler conversation between you and your coworkers the next morning? If you have forgotten, this archive is here to remind you. If you haven't yet, please share with us so you never do.
